Cancellation Policy
Your appointments are very important to me! The time and service is reserved specifically for you & although I do understand that things come up. I require atleast a 24hr notice for cancellations. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that spot, & clients on my waiting list miss the opportunity to have services done.
Less than 24hr notice will result in a 50% of scheduled service cost.
Same day cancellation or no call no shows will result in a 100% of scheduled service cost.
If you do not pay these fees you will not longer be allowed back on my books💖✨
